From a social media account you connect, we receive and store only what is needed to publish on your behalf:

• An access token and refresh token, held encrypted at rest and never shown in our interface
• Your account identifier, display name or username, and profile picture, so you can confirm which account a post will go to before you publish it
• The posting options the platform reports for your account, such as which privacy settings and which comment, duet and stitch options are available to you
• The identifier the platform returns for each post we publish, so we can show you its status

We do not read your private messages, your follower list, or content posted by anyone else. We do not collect personal information through this website unless you contact us directly by email.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To publish the content you have reviewed and approved, to the account you chose, with the privacy and interaction settings you selected
• To show you the status of a post after it is published
• To improve the website and user experience
• To respond to inquiries sent to our email
• To analyze website traffic and usage patterns

We never post to a connected account without your approval of that specific post, and we do not use your account data to train models, to build advertising profiles, or for any purpose beyond running the service.

3. Third Parties

We may use third-party services for hosting and analytics. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not share the data from a connected social media account with anyone.

4. Disconnecting and Deletion

You can disconnect a social media account from ItJustPosts at any time, and you can revoke our access from the platform's own settings. Either action stops all publishing to that account immediately.

When an account is disconnected we delete its stored tokens. To have the rest of your data deleted, email us at the address below and we will remove it.
